Our Operations Manager Amy was invited to attend the most recent review meeting of the HeliOffshore LIFT group (Leadership and Inclusion for Future Transformation) earlier this month, discussing the future of the industry and HeliOffshore’s ‘Objective, Vision, Mission, Outcomes & Goals Roadmap’.

LIFT’s mission is to build an industry culture leveraging diversity and inclusivity to enhance safety performance and strengthen our talent pipeline. This was apparent from their engaging panel session at the HeliOffshore conference in May; many points raised during this discussion resonated with Amy and she needed no convincing when the invite came through to be a part of it.
